IX500:256.256.16 Tyre
The IX500:256.256.16 is a high resolution tyre sensor offering accurate, detailed images in both 2D or 3D for tyre profile and tread analysis or any surface you wish to measure.
The larger active surface area is particularly suitable for the larger tyres fitted to 4 x 4 SUVs, sports/racing cars and larger vehicles e.g. vans or trucks.
The highly stable calibration which does not require re-calibrating every few measurements means this sensor offers the user fast, easy and accurate data collection.
Combining the XSensor Pro V6 software and electronics with the IX500.256.256.16 sensor offers fast, powerful data collection with excellent resolution
- This sensor must be connected to four X3 SENSOR PACK PROs.
- The X3 SENSOR PACK PROs need to be connected to an X3 PRO.
- The X3 PRO configurations need to be subsequently connected to a power supply or battery and a computer running XSENSOR software to function
IX500:256.256.22 Tyre
The IX500:256.256.22 is a reliable and durable, high-resolution tyre sensor that is a favourite with XSensor’s automotive, car, motorcycle, truck and motorsport users. And it’s not difficult to understand why.
With a spatial resolution of just 1.15mm, offering 65,536 sensor points, this sensor offers the highest resolution of any tyre pressure mapping sensor available. The highly stable calibration which does not require re-calibrating every few measurements means this sensor offers the user fast, easy and accurate data collection.
Combined with XSensor’s Pro V6 software and electronics, the IX500.256.256.22 sensor offers a fast, powerful data collection tool with pin sharp resolution
- This sensor must be connected to four X3SENSOR PACK PROs.

IX500:60.60.05 Tyre
The IX500:60.60.05 has been designed to profile tyre foot prints. This sensor’s high spatial resolution and fast recording rates provides great tyre profile data collection with a vehicle on a multi-post test rig, but is well suited to any applications where fast data collection is required. The sensor is covered with a urethane cover provides extra protection against impacts.
PX100:36.36.02 Seat
The PX100:36.36.02 sensor is a very accurate and flexible, low pressure sensor used where conforming to irregular shapes is required. With 1,296 sensor points the PX100:36.36.02 offers highly stable calibration, durability and high speed data capture.
- Each sensor must be connected to an X3 sensor pack or X3 sensor pack PRO.
- The X3 sensor pack(s) should be connected to an X3 PRO or an X3 DISPLAY unit either directly or via an X3 Node
- The X3 PRO needs connection to a power supply and a computer with X3 software to function.
PX100:40.64.02 Seat
The PX100:40.64.02 sensor is a very accurate and flexible, low pressure sensor which conforms easily to irregular shapes. With 2,560 sensor points the PX100:40.64.02 offers highly stable calibration, durability and high speed data capture.
- Each sensor must be connected to an X3 sensor pack or X3 sensor pack PRO.
- The X3 sensor pack(s) should be connected to an X3 PRO or an X3 DISPLAY unit either directly or via an X3 Node
- The X3 PRO needs connection to a power supply and a computer with X3 software to function.
PX100:64.160.02 Bed
The PX100.64.160.02 is a high resolusion bed sensor offering accurate, detailed images in both 2D or 3D for pressure for bed and mattress profiling and comfort analysis or of any surface you wish to measure.
The larger active surface area is particularly suitable for the single beds.
The highly stable calibration which does not require re-calibrating every few measurements means this sensor offers the user fast, easy and accurate data collection.
Combined with XSensor’s Pro V6 software and electronics, the PX100:64.160.02 sensor offer fast , powerful data collection with excelent resolution
- This sensor must be connected to three X3 SENSOR PACKs.
